A Need for Authentic Italian
It was during a trip to the United States to visit family when I noticed the abundance of so-called “Italian restaurants.” Aside from the fancy names on their marquees, these establishments held no trace of the flavor, freshness and sense of tradition, which defines true Italian food.
My family and I felt it was our responsibility to provide a fresh, made-from-scratch Italian food to Boston. Together with my cousin Bobby Santini and her husband Giancarlo Baldini, we set out to create a restaurant serving a delicious selection of genuine food rooted in tradition.
A Home-Style Dining Experience
Caza Razdora welcomes diners into a traditional Italian atmosphere where everyone is treated like part of the family, just like in Italy. We developed a dining experience showcasing the best of regional Italian home cooking in a setting where tradition comes first.
Just like the old world Italian Razdora homemakers, we create everything on our menu from scratch. You can taste the labor of love in all of our hand-made pasta and sauces, prepared fresh daily in our kitchen.
A Tradition of Taste, a Tradition of Choice
It’s our pleasure to present to you a menu showcasing the very best in regional Italian cooking. Our dine-in and catering menus offer tasty dishes for any appetite and any occasion. Traditional pizzas, pastas, antipasti, panini’s and more, prepared from scratch in the home-style tradition of the Italian Razdora.
A Word From Our Family
Maintaining traditions of true homemade cooking from various regions of Italy and being part of the family is what we would like to bring to our clients.
Tradition and family is what our logo represents. The Razdora is the Italian homemaker, creating all from scratch with her own hands. This for us is synonymous for quality and how things are done in our restaurant.
E ora non ci resta che augurarvi “buon appetito”.
